
1. Always start with a clean nail plate by using Orly’s Clean Prep on a lint free pad (an old terry cloth towel or sheet cut into squares is great).
2. Use a basecoat.
3. When applying the first coat of color use a thin coat of lacquer creating a “template” coverage, very light coverage but all inclusive, use three strokes beginning with the middle and then one stroke on each side.
4. The second coat of lacquer should glide on, again using the three stroke method.
5. Finish with the Orly topcoat of your choice. I almost always use Won’t Chip. Flash Dry is a must for reduced drying time and added shine.
